Little Shop of Horrors
April 27-30 in the Stargate Performing Arts Auditorium.
About the Play: "Little Shop of Horrors" is a horror comedy rock musical with music by Alan Menken and lyrics and a book by Howard Ashman. The story follows hapless florist shop worker Seymour Krelborn as he stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" - after his coworker crush. The plant proves to be a foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore who promises unending fame and fortune to the down and out Krelborn as long as he keeps feeding it, BLOOD. Over time, Seymour discovers Audrey II's out of this world origins and intent towards global domination!

Drama Programs at Stargate
Stargate Performing Arts provides students with the resources and standard industry-level coaching that is required to produce professional, high-quality theatrical productions. Students engage in all aspects of theatre including but not limited to: acting, singing, dance, costumes, make-up, sound, lights, props, set construction, etc. Stargate Performing Arts also serves as a safe space for all students to be themselves, and provides them with the confidence that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, or any forms of harassment.
