About the Group

The Grant Committee works to take advantage of a wide variety of grants available from public and private sources.

The committee:

  • Works with internal / external experts to create compelling cases to be used in grant applications.

  • Prepares and submits grants; also assists in the submission of grants by staff or students.

  • Includes both parents/guardians and Stargate staff.

Want to Help?

  • Volunteers - The Grant Committee needs volunteers to help find and apply for grants, including those with skills in research, writing, editing and persuasive communication. The group welcomes new volunteers at any time, with or without grant experience. The Grant Committee meets regularly, but attendance is not required. Most work can be done from home, at whatever time works for you. All committee meetings are open to the public. Contact grants@stargateschool.org for meeting times and to learn more.

  • Employer Grant Programs - If you work for a company that offers grant opportunities, Stargate would love to hear about them. Please email grants@stargateschool.org
