Supporting Stargate Teachers & Staff
Teachers and staff spend hours preparing for fall and spring conferences. As a small gesture of thanks, Stargate volunteers organize snacks and meals to help keep our hard-working team members fueled and ready for their next meetings.
Event Planning - Key Dates
Events this year will include:
Oct 12-13, 2023 - Fall Conferences, we supply meals using funds from CRC fee
Feb 15-16, 2024 - Spring Conferences, we supply meals using funds from CRC fee
May 2024 - Teacher & Staff Appreciation week
Volunteers Needed Before & During Conference Events
We need parents to help plan these events, coordinate food and other supplies, set up for snacks and meals and more. If you can help or have any questions, please email crc@stargateschool.org.
Why Should You Help?
Stargate teachers and staff do so much for our kids and community. It doesn't take much time to support these efforts, some require an hour or less. Any contribution can make a big difference in helping our teachers and staff feel appreciated.
