The Theory of Relativity

The Theory of Relativity is a musical with music and lyrics by Neil Bartram, and a book by Brian Hill.

The musical, featuring songs and monologues, explores how young adults, searching for human connection, deal with their personal feelings and situations and, as well, how they develop communities based on their shared experiences.

As Stargate students continue to deal with Covid's impact on their lives and school experience this play, which will be streamed for online viewing, invites viewers to think about the messiness that human's feel and experience on a daily basis, as well as hope and, of course, science.

Drama Programs at Stargate

Stargate Performing Arts provides students with the resources and standard industry-level coaching that is required to produce professional, high-quality theatrical productions. Students engage in all aspects of theatre including but not limited to: acting, singing, dance, costumes, make-up, sound, lights, props, set construction, etc. Stargate Performing Arts also serves as a safe space for all students to be themselves, and provides them with the confidence that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, or any forms of harassment.
