Registration-August 17 and 18, 7am-4pm
Please join us for our student registration at our new campus on the corner of 144th Avenue and Washington Street.  Registration will be in the Secondary Building (closest to Washington) in the main office area. Students and families will need to wait until the Grand Opening on August 23 at 4:30pm to explore the building. You may attend either day; no appointment is necessary.  School pictures will be taken on these days for Middle/High School students and Middle/High School IDs will be issued so please plan to bring your student. (K-5 pictures will be taken on September 14.)

Please follow the steps below to begin your student’s registration.

Pay Student Fees
If you have a account, log in and pay for your 2016-17 fees. If you do not have a account, create an account on to pay for your student fees prior to registration.  All fees except for the overnight field trips must be paid prior to coming in to finalize your registration. The overnight fee will be due before the students go on the trip. If you are having difficulties setting up your account, please contact   Bring your payforit receipt with you to registration.

Complete online forms
You will receive a separate email from our new online forms system, Schoolmint, with instructions to set up your account and complete the online Registration Forms. If you do not receive your Schoolmint email by August 8, please contact Schoolmint account set up and online forms need to be completed by August 16.
Transportation Options- Stargate does not provide transportation to or from the school Here are some options that may help.
    Carpool:. Way to Go is a regional partnership between the Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) and a group of Transportation Management Associations (TMAs).The secure link for Stargate is
    Broadlands Bus:
As another option, a group of parents in the Broadlands area has privately contracted  for a fee-based bus service to/from Stargate. To learn more about signing up for the bus, contact parent volunteer Chris Stone at for information.

    NEW bus service:
Stargate parents, Jessica Greco and Aimee Sanders are coordinating transportation for interested families roughly along 128th and 136th Avenues from Washington to Quebec.  They are in contact with the same transportation service currently utilized by Broadland families.  Fifteen families have already responded, but many more are needed. The cost will be approximately $3-4/ day/ student, and Velocity will now have a monthly pass.  Students in Kindergarten through 2nd grades will need to be signed off the bus by an older sibling or another parent.  On the week of August 8th the final list will be generated for Velocity, and bus stops will be determined/ coordinated with families.  During the week of August 15th Velocity will do a trial run for the bus stops.

Middle School and High School Student Email Account

Every middle school and high school student has an individual Stargate email account. To access your account for the first time go to to start the login process.

Your user name will be your "first name"."last name"  (Ex. and the default password is "$targate1". Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your password. If you have a hard time logging in please plan to visit the technology help table at registration on August 17th or 18th.
