I am thrilled to be a part of the Stargate family! The 2018-2019 school year will be my second at Stargate, but have been working with primary students since 2009. I have taught 1st grade in Boulder Valley Schools, Adams 12, and in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to my teaching career, I attended Wartburg College and University of Northern Colorado. I played collegiate softball and sang in a jazz choir on a scholarship as well. I obtained my license in Early Childhood Education and extended my license by adding the Elementary Education Endorsement. I am also working toward obtaining my Gifted Education Specialist Endorsement and am currently working to finish my Masters Program in Educational Leadership. I can't wait to learn right along side my students and continue to grow both as an educator and student.
