Hola padres! It's hard to believe this is our last week of the trimester! WOW time has flown by! This week in fifth grade Spanish the A Day class will be finishing up with their last grammar topic and we will then celebrate a successful trimester with our end of the year fiesta!

Learning Objective: Students will be able to to use/conjugate stem-changing verbs in Spanish in their grammar workbooks.

On Monday, I will give the A Day students some information on stem-changing verbs, they will have some time to work on their grammar workbooks and we will play a game to review.

On Tuesday, the B Day students will have their end of the trimester fiesta!

On Wednesday, the A Day class will have their fiesta!

On Thursday, it is the last day of school and we do not have specials.

On Friday, we do not have school due to a Professional Development Day.

Homework: Stem-Changing Verbs Grammar Workbook will be assigned Monday to be due Wednesday (5/23-A Day ONLY).

Other Important Info For the fiesta, both classes will finish our movie, I will bring in some treats to share with the class and students can bring ONE electronic device! Students are also welcome to bring their own treats to share, but they MUST come with an ingredient list as we do have serious food allergies! Thank you for helping me keep our students safe!

As always, thank you for reading and for a wonderful trimester! :) I wish these students nothing but the BEST in Middle School and I know they will be in good hands with our amazing secondary World Language Team! Have a great summer!!!
