About Me

Hi, my name is Jean Millar, and I am new to the 3/4  team this year!  I am a proud graduate of Metropolitan State College where I received a degree in Elementary Education and minor in Fine Arts.   This will be my 31st  year of teaching. This is my second year at Stargate.

I have been happily married for the last 33 years to Dean.  We have two children.  Kayla, a graphic design artist, and Ashley a veterinarian technician.  We also have a new addition to our household, Benjamin, a golden retriever, is two years old.

In my free time I volunteer at the Museum of Nature and Science, scrapbook, exercise, and recently I have started running 5Ks.

I feel so blessed to be a part of the Stargate community, and am excited to be teaching here.
